The Cambridgeshire Cricket Association junior league scoring system is as follows: if a team wins it gets 20 points; if a team loses there is 1 point for each two wickets taken and 1 point for each multiple of 30 runs (but only up to 150 runs).
Below is the final table for Division 3, South B, showing Romsey Town in second place, miles away from first, but also miles away from third. So no grand victory, but also no reason to complain about near misses this year -- we pretty clearly got our deserved place (despite the two losses to third placed Little Shelford) and resultant promotion to Division 2 for the 2003 season.
